Initial observations:

  * %%file://%% URI in windows must be of the form: %%file:///C:/hello.txt%%
  * c.MkDir() must return long path, and do a filepath.FromSlash()
  * regex strings must take into account windows system messages
  * disable unsupported tests on windows (kvm, lxc, ssh, etc)
