Initial observations:

• file:// URI in windows must be of the form: file:///C:/hello.txt
• c.MkDir() must return long path, and do a filepath.FromSlash()
• regex strings must take into account windows system messages
• disable unsupported tests on windows (kvm, lxc, ssh, etc)
• paths containing “:” are not supported:
